I personally authored and curated the user guides, knowledge base, training documents and course curricula. I am a skilled technical writer, adept at developing comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards. I hold a Master of Fine Arts in film production from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. These degrees have honed my creative skills as a screenwriter and equipped me with the ability to author comprehensive software user guides, knowledge base, and tutorial video scripts. This unique blend of creative and technical skills allows me to enhance the user experience and reduce support queries. I have also been privileged to lead training seminars at NYU, Columbia University, AFI, and Writers Guild of America, East, where I have improved participants' technical skills and software knowledge.
