About Joel Lundborg

With a career that began in earnest in 2019, I have evolved from an enthusiastic novice in the field of software development to a seasoned professional, deeply engrossed in the creation and improvement of web and software solutions across diverse projects and industries. My journey has led me from single-handedly developing software and websites for Opel/Vauxhall’s Finnish and Baltic markets at SP to playing a pivotal role in designing and implementing comprehensive applications for LKAB at Agio. My focus on crafting exceptional user experiences is matched by my commitment to accessibility, ensuring that our digital landscapes are navigable and pleasant for everyone. My technical repertoire has expanded significantly, embracing front-end development, where I strive for clarity in code and beauty in user interfaces, alongside diving into Continuous Integration (CI) practices, containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes, and exploring cross-platform mobile development with MAUI. Leading projects, fine-tuning architectures, and engaging in UI/UX design, I have grown to value the power of teamwork and the importance of a clear, accessible digital presence in today’s fast-paced world. Beyond the code, I am a fervent advocate for accessibility in technology, driven by the belief that exceptional user experiences should be universal. This passion not only influences my approach to development but also guides my ongoing professional journey, as I seek to make a meaningful impact in a field that thrives on innovation and inclusivity. As I continue to navigate the ever-evolving landscape of software development, I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals and organizations who share my dedication to creating accessible, engaging digital experiences that cater to the needs and preferences of all users.
