Joel began his real estate career in 2013 where he gained a vast amount of knowledge and expertise in the New Homes sector of the real estate market. As well as real estate contracts, the condo & new build market, client protection/liability and effective negotiation. Joel prides himself on attention to detail, responsiveness and being a great communicator. He strives to avoid ‘salesy’ type tactics and instead acts as an educator and consultant to help clients achieve their ultimate real estate goals. Graduating from the University of Ottawa with a business degree and specialization in finance, Joel understands mortgage mechanics and investment valuation as well as market interpretation and analysis. Joel has the ability to connect buyers and sellers as well as facilitate complimentary relationships with specialists in other industries via his vast professional network. Joel’s ultimate goal is making the selling and/or buying experience one that is both positive and efficient. Joel has been helping clients find their dream homes in Ottawa’s resale market since 2013 but has already accrued valuable experience involving luxury properties, heritage homes, rural properties, cottage/recreational properties, infill projects, condos and income properties. Joel is a hockey and golf enthusiast, avid snowboarder and sociable person who spends his free time cooking, attending festivals & events and traveling. Joel genuinely cares about his clients and improving their lives through real estate.
