Following 2 successful years working in IT and Procurement in the State of Arizona Department of Administration, Joel joined Deloitte Consulting as a Delivery Center Solution Manager. Building on his data center experience, for ~3 years he worked as a Network Operations Center - Operations Manager for one of Deloitte's clients. In this role Joel managed a team of incident and event managers who work 24x7x365 to maintain the infrastructure for this client. Thousands of servers. Millions of end users. Millions of daily transactions. We documented process and reduced major incident count and stabilized MTTRS. We prepared the team to move into ServiceNow. Joel worked as a Solutions Architect for a Government Client. In that role he made proposals for process improvements and led the Analysis of Alternatives and Solutions viability across a variety of areas. Leading with ServiceNow, he is now leading Major Incident Management for a commercial client. His previous focus at Intel was Market Intelligence and Strategy Expert for Data Center Compute, Storage and Networking with a specialty in High Performance Computing. He drove efforts toward Solutions and Technologies achieving $16B in annual influence sales. Working closely with 75 CIOs across the globe, Joel also co-led Intel's Enterprise Board of Advisors/Customer Advisory (CAB) Working Groups.
