About Joel Riga

I am an experienced executive with strong technical and strategic skills. I enjoy leading disruptive projects in key and large-scale areas. Leading teams and achieving ambitious goals by mentoring and collaborating with agile and open-minded individuals is undoubtedly my main interest. My experience has also led me to collaborate with a wide range of people, even from different cultures, internally and/or externally, as well as with suppliers and competitors. Network infrastructures are essential for accessing all strategic sites where data is exchanged, stored, and processed, and where value is created. I can provide a comprehensive view of any complex infrastructure and deliver the expected value proposition. I also have the necessary experience to design, deploy, and support IT and telecommunications services. Finally, the effectiveness and overall value of services are limited by the security of the infrastructure and data. My main challenge now is to provide IT services with SLAs as part of a business continuity plan for Orange, where compliance with ISO 27001 and NIS 2 standards is mandatory. Last but not least, it is also mandatory for me to provide a clean and secure environment for AI projects and activities where personal data must comply with GDPR and other regulations in force in the relevant countries.
