I am an accomplished professional that is known for successfully executing government and community-based initiatives that foster robust economic development. As the Administrative Analyst for the City of Perth Amboy, under the astute leadership of Mayor Helmin Caba, I help address emerging issues within the municipality. My duties encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including implementing a cutting-edge municipal management software to consolidate data from various departments, leading multiple task force groups to tackle public safety concerns, reviving the Perth Amboy Green Team, recruiting local professionals for public service, securing a noteworthy $1.5M grant for library renovations, and expertly coordinating engineering sessions that saved the City $89M after a comprehensive review of its long-term control plan. Throughout my career, I've received various invitations to present at prestigious conferences including the 2022 New Jersey League of Municipality Conference, the 2023 Sustainable Jersey's Sustainability Summit, and the Jersey Water Works’ Annual Conference. As the former Director at the Citizens Campaign, I have made countless public presentations on a variety of quality of life topics in overburdened/environmental justice communities throughout New Jersey including Newark, Paterson, Perth Amboy, Plainfield, and Trenton. Furthermore, I proudly serve as the Chairman of the Perth Amboy Redevelopment Agency. During my term, the agency designated developers that constructed over a billion dollars of commercial, industrial, and residential projects that also produced over jobs for Perth Amboy residents. I'm also an esteemed member of the steering committee for Jersey Water Works and a board member for Middlesex County Solid Waste Advisory Council.
