Background
About Joel Skinner
Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Absolute Balance. I graduated from Edith Cowan University at the end of 2018, receiving my ESSA Accreditation in January 2019. I have a background in soccer at state level with my inspiration of going into Exercise Physiology from recurrent hamstring injuries. I have a strong passion for providing individualised and group exercise programs for all chronic conditions and diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease. I believe that it is essential to provide the necessary knowledge to human movement to improve the quality of life of the patient and emphasising that exercise is medicine.
