I am responsible for compliant billing practices and timely claims collections. After 13 years working for one of the largest acute care hospitals in the Raleigh/Durham/Triangle area, I have developed unique and successful management skills. I have excellent customer service experience, and relish challenges. My most recent position gives me the opportunity to manage the centralized business office for Adventist HealthCare at their support center. I am responsible for all PFS activity located in Gaithersburg, MD.
