About Joelle Permutt

I'm passionate about helping people achieve their best possible outcome, whether a homeowner or buyer. No job is too difficult. We work as a team to understand your financial goals and develop a plan to achieve those goals to get you maximum value. For homeowners, I work with a team of professionals to clear out, clean up and brighten. I keep us on target to make the most informed decisions possible at every turn. I bring skilled negotiation, project management and warm connection with people to close a contract. Once a contract is signed - phew- the real work begins. I stay accountable to all parties involved, including actively engaged and involved with you throughout the process to the closing. After closing our relationship continues to ensure a smooth transition as you move into the next phase. In addition to helping clients achieve their goals, I spend my time with family and friends, teach yoga, play tennis, advocate for ingredient safety and health, volunteer with the town of Chapel Hill affordable housing advisory board and La Leche League.
