About Joelle Wiggins

In 2020, I completed a Leadership Development course through the Center for Nursing Excellence which inspired me to pursue additional leadership education. In September 2024 I will graduate from Colorado State University with my master’s degree in organizational leadership. Having often been seen by my peers as a leader, I am quickly developing the necessary skills and credentials to move into a leadership or management position. As a leader I believe in providing coaching and mentoring to staff as a way to connect personally and increase engagement and seeking out the same for myself as a way to keep my skills relevant in a rapidly changing world. I believe in people's ability to change and their willingness to learn and improve. My background in social work prepares me for dealing with challenging situations and people while keeping my own emotions in check. I look forward to my next chapter with great excitement.
