I have more than 10 years of extensive sales experience in medical consumables and devices as I worked in multiple challenging and diversified markets. In my previous role, I successfully implemented marketing plans, launched new products in key accounts, prepared regular reports of progress and forecasts, and provided mentoring sessions and coaching activities for junior sales specialists. I am bilingual and can speak and use English and French professionally in a work setting. Although the healthcare industry is fraught with challenges, from dealing with demanding clients to fierce competition, I faced these obstacles with hard work and resilience. I am self-motivated and highly determined, and I welcome challenges with a positive attitude. In addition, my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry gave me a solid medical background, enabling me to technically support physicians with medical device functionalities, and my Master’s degree in Hospital Management honed my organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. My understanding that trust and credibility are crucial when dealing with clients and decision-makers allowed me to build strong relationships and generate considerable sales from existing and new markets, helping me reach targets and achieve the company's vision.
