OSB Group, a specialist lender focused on underserved sub-sectors of the mortgage market, benefits from my strategic finance expertise as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst. With over 10 years of experience in finance, I hold a CIMA qualification and a master's degree in International Business with Finance. My core competencies include business partnering, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting, process improvement and system implementation. I have delivered value to the prior organizations by reducing overdue debt to a record low, leading system implementations, developing and training on processes, leading an external audit review and assisting in the development of Power BI reports. I am passionate about working with different stakeholders, solving problems, and delivering value to the organization and the community. Outside of work, I promote diversity and inclusion as the Events and Communications Officer for Dover Castle Archers, a local archery club. I enjoy organising and participating in events which promote camaraderie amongst its members.
