QuickFix -Manages and completes a wide range of maintenance and repairs for the building and MEP Systems-Analyses the complaints/jobs from customers-Quantity Surveying, Site supervision for MEP and Civil works-Manages a staff of 25 in five service departments Mechanical, Electrical,plumbing, Cleaning / Disinfection/ sanitization & Civil (Construction and-maintenance works)-Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope-Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine construbality-Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project
