As a sales and support engineer at the Future Store, I have over three years of experience in providing account management, technical and system support, and network implementation and support to a diverse range of clients. I have extensive knowledge and skills in MacOS, O365, Azure, Kerio, Ubiquity, Sonos, DEP, VPP, MDM, vBoxx Cloud, Synology, Mosyle MDM, Qnap, iPad, and iOS, as well as multiple Apple certifications. My passion is to help people optimize their workflows, needs, and goals with the best technology solutions available. I also have a strong background and interest in music and video technology integration, and I enjoy working with products from Native Instruments, MOTU, Roland, Korg, Roli, Arturia, and other musical appliance apps and video and DAW integration tools. Other strong interests are the global transition to a sustainable economy and combating climate change and a personal interest in electrifying transportation (EV's). Combating social and economic injustice and inequality is also on my list. I am always eager to learn new trends and technologies and share my expertise with others.
