About Joep T.

Joep is a service minded, versatile, independent and people-oriented colleague who has successfully fulfilled various roles in financial IT industry, operationally and tactically. This includes technical roles within information (DWH) and business analysis, application management, software design and testing, and management roles like department IT manager and Product Manager. I can work individually as well as in and for a team, where energy, commitment, creativity, cooperation and progress / results are key. I provide both coaching and constructive leadership with an authentic people oriented style, but I also enjoy having operational hands-on experiences to get things done under pressure in a team. I like to be a central point of contact for the customer and / or other stakeholders, where I easily switch between stakeholder / people management at different levels and apply practical / tactical IT knowledge and skills. As an analyst I always strive for thorough domain knowledge of complex business operations and company / IT governance. I am an early adapter by nature, and I have an open, cross-departmental view to keep myself and my own work environment focused - now and in the future. Finally, I can be described as positively critical, not only taking into account the figures (KPIs) but also the impact on the organizational culture and individual colleagues with various multicultural backgrounds.
