As an IT Manager, I see myself as an equal business partner, bridging the gap between technology and business needs through years of experience in developing sustainable IT solutions. Aligning business and IT goals is not always seamless. My approach is to develop balanced solutions that consider the requirements of all stakeholders, thus contributing to the overall success of the company. For me, responsibility doesn't end with the implementation of an IT solution. I follow a 'You built it, you run it' philosophy and place great importance on the entire lifecycle of IT solutions. Only when technology, organization, and people work together effectively, do solutions that create real value for customers emerge. Moreover, I consider the development of the organization and its employees as an integral part of my holistic approach. Because only in this way can long-term success be sustainably secured.
