As the Director of Global Capacity Planning at Superior Industries, I leverage my 15+ years of executive-level experience in operations management and program development to optimize the production capacity of automotive components across multiple plants worldwide. I am a lean manufacturing leader who applies value stream flow and process improvement techniques to ensure efficiency, quality, and profitability in a dynamic and competitive industry. Prior to joining Superior Industries, I led the operational turnaround and change management of three German manufacturing plants for KAMAX, a major fastener manufacturer in the automotive industry. I also pioneered and executed a comprehensive recovery program for the KAMAX Lapeer plant in Michigan, restoring its financial and operational integrity and driving continuous improvement. I am a bilingual coach and mentor, who collaborates with all levels of the organization and navigates diverse business cultures to introduce change and uphold quality operations and service.
