Throughout my career I have been working at the intersection of brand, design, business & technology developing physical & digital products, services and experiences. My goal has always been to establish design as a critical business tool by unlocking the mutual flow of value between brand, business and customers. In this sense I bridge the gap between design, business, customer understanding & technology by speaking the language of design, tech, brand and the customer. My expertise lies in developing design systems for large organizations, design instruments & prototyping methods to inform design decisions, to facilitate integrated thinking & shared understanding - all with the goal to reveal customer needs & design opportunities and to make the design process more collaborative and tangible for cross-functional teams. Specialties: Modulating design processes, developing experience & design strategies, envisioning target experiences, user experience concepts, strategic, systemic- and integrated thinking.
