Established and lead EBRD's unfunded mobilisation programme with insurers. Insurer mobilisation has become an essential part of EBRD's mobilisation tool kit.Experienced senior professional with demonstrated history in international and regional commercial banks and strong experience in corporate client and project acquisition and structuring project finance transactions across a variety of industry sectors (commercial real estate, corporate and industrial asset and greenfield project finance, telecoms) in EBRD's countries of operation. My main role is to lead the mobilisation of mainly private sources of funding for EBRD-led projects leading the Bank's primary and secondary, funded and unfunded, private and to some extent public debt mobilisation efforts. My project finance skills are essential to support teams structuring and pricing deals to make them attractive for investors.In recent years, I have been working on various initiatives and mobilisation instruments to scale up the Bank's debt mobilisation by unlocking capital flows from new sources (institutional investors, pension funds, insurers, impact investment funds) and increase overall mobilisation volumes. I have been primarily responsible to lead and increase our unfunded mobilisation program with (re)insurance companies more than doubling the annual business volume with insurers since 2018 and making it an indispensable contributor to the Bank's overall annual mobilisation targets.Developing and managing relationships with potential and existing investors (commercial banks, investment fund managers, pension funds, insurance companies, alternative/impact investors, development finance institutions and multilateral development banks) and work on initiatives, incentives and investment vehicles to attract new sources of investors is an important part of my activity.
