About Joeri Decae

With over 10 years of experience in senior management roles, I am a P&L leader leader who is passionate about positive change and thereby delivering value to customers and stakeholders. I have a strong track record of driving growth and profitability for Tractel, a global leader in lifting and height safety solutions. As the Managing Director and Vice President of Marketing, I oversee the full P&L responsibility for Tractel's operational businesses in the region, manage an international, diverse and talented team of 60 people, and develop and execute strategic plans to target key customers and product ranges. I also lead the global marketing organization's focus on lead generation, leveraging various digital marketing tools and best practices. I am motivated by Tractel's mission to provide safe, efficient, and innovative solutions for working at height, and I bring a customer-centric, collaborative, and results-oriented approach to my work. In my current role, I have achieved sustained growth and improved profitability for Tractel's North West Europe businesses. I have increased the Benelux entity's profitability by 200%, improved the maintenance service NPS from -20 to 60, and generated a 4x improvement of leads through digital marketing initiatives. I have also been a leader in the Sales Force Effectiveness program, rolling out a CRM system and other commercial excellence initiatives to enhance the performance and skills of the sales team. I previously served as the Business Unit Manager for Saint-Gobain Ecophon, a leading acoustic solutions provider. In that role, I grew market share and sales volumes by 40%, implemented digital marketing campaigns, and developed best-in-class CRM sales processes. I have a MBA from the University of Nottingham and a BA in International Management from Haarlem Business School. I am fluent in Dutch and English, and have a keen interest in technology and innovation.
