I enjoy working in the Payroll and Human Resource industry and have done so for the last 25 years in various management positions. Some of my responsibilities include administrative, personnel, and facilities management. I have an extensive background in the payroll industry including payroll processes, time and attendance systems, HRIS systems integration, payroll tax compliance, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development and legal compliance. My excellent communication skills have been my strength in expanding my position as an HR Manager and have helped me to promote positive changes in the work force. Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Power Point are useful tools in my daily routine. Other areas that have been instrumental in my career are problem solving, extensive reporting of analytic data, research, risk management and staffing. Additionally, I have focused my time on developing corporate Human Resources strategy and programs in relation to talent management, employee relations, meeting facilitation, performance management and workforce effectiveness have been necessary to implement business strategic initiatives. I enjoy working closely with clients from many different industries and believe customer service is the key to success! Working with employees has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. My strong leadership ability has been instrumental as a Human Resources Manager.
