Hello, my name is Joey and I am a Personal Trainer ready to help you reach your goals! BACKGROUND: Health and Wellness became important to me about 4-5 years ago. I have 4-5 years of experience with weight training and other bodyweight exercises. I have handstand/handbalance experience as well as Aerial Silks experience. For the past 5 years I have researched and educated myself on various techniques, stretches and exercises to help increase mobility, flexibility and to help keep the body moving the best it can. The health and wellness journey has been a way of life for me ever since. I am an in-person/online personal trainer and traveling personal trainer(will travel to your home) for just about any goal.
