I joined Mortgage365 in 2019 and have held various roles, each contributing to my deep understanding of the mortgage industry and the technology that powers it. As a licensed Loan Originator, I personally witnessed the transformative power of technology in assisting originators to highlight the advantages and incredible value of homeownership. Now as the Product & Client Success Manager at Mortgage365, my work bridges the worlds of strategic product development and hands-on client success. My days are dedicated to ensuring that lenders not only thrive on the platform but also help shape its evolution. I get to partner closely with clients to craft tailored strategies that turn powerful Mortgage365 features into innovative, goal-driven solutions. At the same time, I work with internal product and engineering teams to translate user feedback and industry needs into thoughtful product enhancements that drive adoption, retention, and long-term value.
