About Joey Vicens

I’m a forward-thinking e-commerce and digital strategy leader with a knack for turning complexity into clarity—and turning ideas into action. Over the years, I’ve built a reputation for not just keeping up with change, but driving it—leveraging tools like AI, automation, and data-backed insights to streamline operations, optimize customer experiences, and empower teams.Whether I’m leading cross-functional projects, refining communication standards, or building scalable systems across platforms like NetSuite, Salsify, and Shopify, I believe in smart work over busy work.(And yes, sometimes smart work means letting AI take the first pass at the grunt work—then using human instinct to make it great.)I’m passionate about creating systems that don’t just work, but work better over time. Collaboration, curiosity, and a healthy sense of humor fuel my approach, even in high-pressure environments. If the goal is efficiency, growth, or creative problem-solving—I’m in my element.Let’s build smarter. Let’s scale better. Let’s talk.
