About Johan Aaro

In my current role, I lead a team of eleven IT sourcing professionals. Starting in my role, I customized and launched a transformation program for us; I refined the team’s purpose, vision and direction, initiated improvements in ways of working, and began strengthening internal and external collaborations. Within our first six months, the team made remarkable improvements, exceeding expectations from an initial challenging situation. Our efforts enhanced value creation, and we have continuously delivered improved results. This achievement stands as one of my proudest professional milestones, demonstrating the effectiveness of my chosen leadership philosophy and approach. The improvements have continued the positive growth since, regardless of new challenges and organizational demands. I am proud of being a recognized leader, with a proven track record of team leadership, reaching great results, and fostering significant and positive change. My philosophy for success are to nurture a culture of continuous learning and collaboration, lead by example, invest in individual motivation, fostering a true sense of ownership within my team, and to always build trust within my organization. My ambition is to empower colleagues to exceed expectations, take pride in their contributions, and help and lead them in driving long-term value creation together as a team.
