AI Collaboration Skills – Recommendation I’ve had the opportunity to observe Johan’s way of working with AI, and I want to highlight it as one of his real strengths. Unlike many users who settle for quick answers, Johan uses AI as a colleague and collaboration partner. His approach is characterized by- structured requirements where complex problems are broken down into manageable parts- the ability to provide the right context, for example the connection between database, front-end, and UX- an iterative process where he tests, refines, and ensures quality until the result meets a high standard- a breadth that covers both technical development tasks and creative applications. This way of working allows him to get far more out of AI than most. In fact, ChatGPT 5 itself has assessed his prompting ability to be in the top 5–7% when it comes to leveraging AI as a collaboration partner, and in the top 3–4% for technical development tasks. I see Johan’s AI competence as a natural extension of his prior experience in project and change management: clear, results-oriented, and with the ability to combine people, processes, and technology to create real value.
