Project Specialist passionate about improving project performance. I have worked in Project Management for 20+ years. As advisor, assessor, specialist, teacher and of course as a PM. I also have extensive experience from quality assurance and process development. My career has given me a wide professional experience from working in several large international, as well as small specialized, companies. Certified as Project Management Professional (PMP) 2006 and a certified Scrum Master. Currently I work at Goovinn as Program Manager, helping clients with hands on project management as well as improving project processes and culture. Before this I I had the role as Project Auditor in Volvo GTT, assessing and advising truck development projects on behalf of the Steering Committees. I mainly worked with Powertrain, Electromobility and IT projects. Previously I have mainly worked as Project Manager in IT, product development and change management projects. Going back further working as a specialist within Product Development and Project Management processes in some of the main corporations in Sweden; Ericsson, AB Volvo, Volvo Cars, Vattenfall and SCA. At Sigma as PMO manager supporting project managers and managing our project portfolio at Sigma. Quality and Environmental Manager with the Semcon Group. I am curious, structured, adaptable, delivery oriented. I’m a team player and enjoy working in a team. I’m a social person and enjoy meeting people and organizations. I have good skills as a team leader and used to facilitate meetings, give presentations and conduct trainings.
