About Johan Bartholdson

With passion for change and an ability to quickly build trust – I am a leader who has a tendency to get “roped in” whenever there is a need to take on new challenges and/or manage complex situations. People have always appreciated me for being authentic, creative, reliable, self-motivated, and highly people oriented. I am business oriented and have spent an absolute majority of my professional career performing international roles within the IT & Telecom sector. Even though Human Resources (HR) is my "true bread and butter" I do have a good amount of professional exposure from Marketing, Employer Branding, Customer Experience, ESG and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). When it comes to HR I have successfully managed the entire employee life cycle, however specific areas worth highlighting are: People Transfer/Workforce Integration, HR Process Improvement, Cross-Cultural Integration and Employment Law/Union Negotiations. I also have to admit that I really thrive when I get the opportunity to lead and/or collaborate with multicultural teams. One “USP” in my CV is the time (17 years) I spent within the Indian IT industry. I.e I am used to exponential growth and have seen what importance purpose & belief can have for an organisation and its ability to attract and engage employees - at scale.
