I’m always looking for ways to optimize processes, improve systems, and deliver efficient solutions. I approach challenges with a strategic mindset, constantly analyzing how things can be improved—whether it’s in my work, my team, or the broader environment. With over 20 years of experience, I have contributed to a wide array of projects in technology, innovations, and industrial processes. In my roles as project leader and work package leader within EU-funded projects like for example INSPIRE and In-no-plastics, I am committed to addressing global issues such as plastic pollution by scaling up technologies that remove plastics from water systems. I am adept at overseeing complex projects from concept to implementation, and I enjoy collaborating with partners to achieve impactful, long-term results. My unique ability to combine big-picture thinking with meticulous attention to detail has allowed me to lead successful projects and guide teams toward innovative, sustainable solutions.
