About Johan Blechert

I joined the pharmaceutical industry in 1993 working with preclinical research at Astra Hässle. Since then I have spend most of my career working with clinical trials, operationally and scientifically, within a wide range of therapeutic areas for example central nervous system. Over the years I have had positions as Clinical Research Manager/Head of Section, Clinical Operations Manager and Clinical Research Associate. At AstraHässle, Pharmacia and Lundbeck I have gathered a profound understanding about the pharmaceutical development process and demands. 19 fantastic years within pharmaceutical research and development area has given the oppotunity to collaborate with many customers, dedicated partners and CRO:s. From February 2012 I have the opportunity to use and develop my skills within the Medical Device area at Cochlear Bone Anchored Solutions AB. My goals have always been to be a good ambassador for my employer, be a reliable contact for different stakeholders and to outperform agreed targets.
