At 23, I took a leap to Shanghai, specializing in marketing and intercultural training for senior executives, which gave me a global and multicultural perspective on management. Back in Belgium, an Executive Master in Management from Solvay Brussels School further fueled my passion for business strategy and its practical implementation in SMEs, with a focus on the human dimension of change processes. Since joining Quorsum in 2015, I've had the privilege of delivering numerous strategic advisory sessions, training programs, and coaching engagements, working hand-in-hand with leaders and teams to foster sustainable growth. This wealth of experience led me to deepen my skills with an EMCC Practitioner certification in executive coaching, enabling me to offer SMEs the same high-quality support often reserved for large corporations. Today, as Managing Director at Quorsum, my role revolves around creating human-centered, sustainable strategies in close collaboration with our clients, maximizing their potential and supporting their growth. Fluent in both French and English, with additional proficiency in Spanish and Mandarin, and an accredited consultant with the Walloon Region, I am dedicated to developing SMEs in Wallonia through a decidedly human-centered approach.
