An entrepreneurial mindset and continuously striving to simplify complexities have brought me 19 years of successful training, coaching and mentoring experience. I had the chance to train talents from Oracle, eBay, Unilever, Crown and more.I believe in continuous learning. At the Economic University of Prague in 2020, I successfully completed my MBA with deeper research on “Modern management approach in SSC”, with the opportunity to be nominated President’s Alumni of the program since graduation. In Crown for 7 years, I equip talented professionals across the globe with skills and approaches to overachieve business targets, generalize smart risks practices and increase the ownership of their performances. I run a Football kids Academy that allows me to practice and test innovative learning and business approaches. I draw my energy from my family and by supporting dynamic & determined individuals who wish to maximize their skills, boost their achievements & exceed their limits. Building trust quickly and creating the perfect atmosphere for impressive results are my secrets. Sales executive/leader, L&D expert, trainer/coach are the roles that built my career. I am passionate about these functions and would continuously carefully consider any opportunity appearing in these roles.
