About Johan Comte

I am a curious engineer with a 17 years experience within industry and automotive area, in industrialization and product development. I worked 2 years abroad (Europe, Asia) and experienced different-sized companies. Passionate by technologies, I am at ease on both hardware and software products with a strong background around mechatronics area. I like challenges we face on modern transport solutions especially in providing better efficiency and quality on our powertrain systems and vehicles, while considering environmental and legal matters. As a technical engineering leader, I am experienced in complex and agile development, through all phases of a project from requirement specification to running production and after-market follow-up. My experiences in project management and manufacturing make me appreciate working closely with colleagues, suppliers and customers, and drive forward all together the product/process.
