About Johan de Geeter

Broad experience in different supply chain functions from procurement over planning (mid term to long term) to logistics (warehousing, transport, distribution, customs), master data management, project management and customer service, this in an international context, leading a broad organisation (up to 250 FTE), managing an important budget (> 100 mio euro), this in an operational and strategic role. Over the years, I was responsible for the integration of back-office / logistic activities /new software, set-up of new departments (master dat/product portfolio management, co-packing, commercial logistics.), definition of a performant EU distribution network (ambient, chilled, frozen), the selection/ start-up of new plants and project ownership/leadership of logistics digitalisation roadmap(ex. automated warehouses, RF application, yard management, control tower, inhouse customs.)
