I’ve spent the last 15+ years building complex digital systems, scaling teams, and helping ambitious companies grow—sometimes from scratch, sometimes through chaos. My background blends deep technical expertise with business strategy, cultural transformation, and hands-on execution. I helped launch Italy’s first cloud-native bank (illimity), contribute to the digital transformation of Hype (Italy’s largest fintech), and built a Web2-Web3 social platform as CTO of Taringa, Latin America’s most iconic online community. I’ve also worked across startups, energy, telcos, and Web3—always where scale, complexity, and real impact intersect. Along the way, I realized something: the hardest problems aren’t technical—they’re human. Leadership, culture, clarity, decision-making—that’s where companies either unlock momentum or get stuck. That’s why I co-founded northnode. We partner with founders, executives, and leadership teams to align product, people, and purpose through conscious leadership, strategic advisory, and, when the right project calls for it, hands-on execution.
