About Johan Ericsson

Working at SSF Stöldskyddsföreningen as a Product Owner for the last 4 years. Responsible for our websites ssf.nu (non-profit organization) and sakerhetskollen.se (cybersecurity) as well as the education tool natklok.se. Our goal is to make Sweden a safer place and help prevent physical and digital crimes. Previously worked as a Product Owner at the Foodtech company Fodi, an online grocery e-commerce in Stockholm, Sweden. With 11+ years’ experience in tech, I am now in the intersection of user research, product design, strategy, agile development, marketing and business growth. Before that I worked as a user experience designer and producer for websites, apps as well as mobile and large video game productions. Started my career back in 2004 with a degree in film production. With the rise of emerging technologies such as social media and touch phones, I applied for and was accepted to the Royal Institute of Technology. There I could turn storytelling interactive with a Bachelor's Degree in Media Technology, specialized in Human-Computer Interactions (HCI). After that, to further my understanding of business and digital products, I received a Master's Degree in Media Management. At that time, I was also part of an architecture startup company which has grown from 3 to 10+ employees. Passion for creating digital products, geeking out in virtual reality, exploring new technology as well as playing baseball, golf, video and boardgames. Living in Stockholm with my wife, daughter and dog. Proficient in Sketch, Axure, Asana, Jira and Google Analytics among others.
