About Johan Falk

My personal basic foundation is my passion for IT, as an enabler of growth, profitability, and efficient operations. In my opinions, this has permeated throughout my roles over the years, from the time at the end of the 90s as a link between operations and internal IT, followed by twenty great years with leader positions within a global IT service provider and as a leader within a fast growing niche player. Since October 2017, building a fantastic consultancy company together with great colleagues. With about 25 years of experience within the field of IT, I have developed a wide foundation of competence – customer relations, business development, operations and system projects, a number of outsourcing activities with staff transfers, partner responsibilities, change management, service development, and service packaging. This, alongside my many years of experience in management, are just part of what I carry with me today. With an opportunity oriented management style that is marked by openness and responsiveness, alongside a strong focus on results, I have delivered strong economic results and at the same time fostered many winning teams and “stars” within our operations.
