I have had an incredible journey from qualifying to become a teacher, to reaching the position of Area Manager - I credit my dedication to years of working as a team leader. It started as early as school years, even before I was elected as Vice Head Boy. I have taken the lead on many occasions, either elected or where there was lack of leadership. I am driven daily by both an entrepreneurial,"taking ownership" attitude in my work as well as my passion in people, assisting and or training. I love digging in to problems and solving them through my attention to details and communication. I improve, align and drive teams to increase productivity and, by default, increase sales revenue. You will find me observing how a company and it's people meet their daily needs and analyzing existing business models in an effort to have a positive, lasting impact. My experience over the years have taught me the following about myself- I can educate and redefine myself and drive myself to be a better person - I excel in Team management and really take pride in team accomplishments - I stay calm in difficult circumstances and can make executive, accurate decisions - I can take full responsibility for my actions and decisions - I can successfully improve sales and reach targets in the workplace My job is to drive and educate people best way I can - I enjoy meeting new people, hearing new perspectives and help teams reach their best potential - I find it absolutely exhilarating.
