I connect the dots between commercial strategy, user needs, and technical delivery — all while keeping one eye on the big picture and the other on the blockers we forgot to mention in Sprint Planning. I’ve been known to: Translate ambiguous business goals into actionable roadmaps, champion accessibility and usability in B2B software (not just lip service), keep my cool in high-stakes customer demos (and still make them fun), obsess over metrics like win rate and product adoption. Outside work, I split my time between Mellösa countryside life with my Swiss Shepherd Theo, CrossFit hero workouts (Murph, anyone?), and feeding my lifelong curiosity — from AI ethics to sourdough fermentation.
