About Johan Hjerp

I bring hands-on experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, and Change Management. Today, I focus on two areas: developing intralogistics solutions and coaching future experts and leaders in logistics and supply chain management. I’ve led transformations that built Kaizen cultures from the ground up. I’ve introduced Lean Six Sigma even in completely new and evolving environments. Over the years, my role has evolved from internal implementation to teaching and coaching others. I work with universities, vocational schools, industry professionals — and increasingly, operational development teams. My goal is to help them master process excellence, value chain optimization, and supply chain strategy through practical, hands-on learning. I’ve worked across all organizational levels and led cross-functional teams to solve complex operational challenges. My approach goes beyond traditional win-win thinking. I design win-win-win-win frameworks, where customers, owners, employees, and sustainability goals align to create lasting value. My expertise includes quality management, logistics and supply chain optimization, sustainability and project management, and standards like ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. I focus on turning these principles into clear, actionable strategies. This ensures that both organizations and individuals see real, long-term improvement. I combine deep theoretical knowledge with a practical, results-driven mindset. My passion is helping teams and people build a strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
