I have managed teams of 4 to 8 consultants, deployed ECM and document management solutions for users, and built tailored applications that truly fit business needs. My expertise lies in OnBase and M-Files, where I’ve successfully led dozens of projects for clients in banking, insurance, industry, services, and the public sector. Key achievements Designed OnBase applications, including a full claims management system for the pharmaceutical sector (GED, workflow, workview, document composition, ERP integration, and import of hundreds of millions of records). Developed and rolled out Lean-inspired internal project methodologies, standardizing and securing ECM implementations across clients. Built a deployment process for OnBase tested in 3 countries, later scaled to a rollout across 38 African countries. 🤝 Why work with me?
