With over 12 years of experience, I have led complex audits (e.g, PCAOB audit), developed and executed comprehensive internal audit plans, and provided strategic recommendations to enhance business processes and mitigate risks. My expertise spans a wide range of industries, including e-commerce, manufacturing, hospitality, F&B, oil & gas, and non-profits. In my current role as General Manager at Combiphar, I manage a certain amount of approved budget and lead a team (7 personnels) in designing and executing internal audit, risk management and governance strategies. Our Vision is to become value-enhancer for the Company. Back then when i was a Risk Assurance Manager at PwC Indonesia, I optimized internal controls for top clients, including palm plantation companies,(SoE) oil & gas, hospitality, e-commerce/tech, non-profits, and digital asset firms. I identified gaps in key business processes, providing actionable recommendations that enhanced operational performance and compliance and provided training on internal controls for Pertamina Group. My experience is also backed with my previous roles at Deloitte Indonesia, Haier, and EY Indonesia, I successfully managed audits, risk assessments, and internal controls for high-profile clients. I led audits for a New York-listed telecom company. My ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and deliver results has been consistently proven across diverse clients and industries.
