About Johan Larsson

With a master’s degree in Biotechnology from Chalmers and advanced studies in Entrepreneurship and business design, I’ve found my sweet spot at the intersection of science and business. My master’s thesis on team dynamics in high-performance teams sparked a deep interest in collaboration and leadership, an interest that I've kept close to heart ever since. As co-founder of lower back pain remedy company (hopefully) Stayble Therapeutics, I gained hands-on experience leading innovation in the biotech industry. I’ve also worked in quality control at Akzo Nobel and (currently) as a Production Specialist at Polypeptide, a CDMO focused on peptide drug manufacturing. Lately, as a father of two boys, my focus has shifted toward emotional intelligence, self-leadership, building character and creating positive, safe environments where people can learn, lead with passion, and thrive as resilient, fulfilled individuals.
