Johan has a long and broad experience in marketing. Analytical, strategic and opportunity-oriented. Driven and committed with good judgment as personal characteristics. Guiding principles in his operational work is to collaborate across departmental and functional boundaries and to anchor ideas and decisions among employees. In over 20 years he has worked with marketing and communications challenges from several perspectives - B2B and B2C – in marketing and communication departments as well as within different assignments he has gained experience from several industries like telecom, service, human resource, health, media, advisory and accounting, online, IT, automotive, FMCG etc. Johan started his first 10 years in business as generalist as well as specialist in different media agencies. For instance he created media concept for advertisers like Pepsi Co. In year his focus was mainly within online marketing communication solutions as a Business Developer at internet consultant Mind. Johan held a variety of positions in different marketing departments as Vodafone and Accor Services. One of the biggest challenges during this period was mainly to transfer the local business oriented telecom brand Europolitan with a high awareness to a global consumer oriented brand – without loosing business customer. From 2007 Johan was operational as head of marketing for several brands at Accor Services especially the gift card, Delicard. Accor Services made acquisition’s at this time and Johan managed the brand portfolio project to establish a market proposition. In 2010 he launched his own Interim Management Business, IMS - Interim Marketing Solutions, specialized in marketing- and sales positions. IMS offers short and long term assignments in marketing and sales. Staffing of specific skills or entire projects. The first customer was PwC, where Johan had the role of advertising and media manager. Other customers are SF Media, Preem, IPnett, Dagens Industri and Bonnier.
