Background

About Johan Lusher

UX Designer & Strategist, who strives to develop meaningful and innovative solutions. Specialized in UX, UI and Development, I am passionate about solving business challenges through design. I have a great personal drive and commitment, where I am both outgoing and accommodating to my colleagues and collaborators. I have a structured and analytical approach to my work and my goal is to deliver amazing products on time. Independent work does not deter me in any way, but I also appreciate being part of a team where collaboration, development and sparring are the focal point. As Head of Design & UX at IA, I contribute to the continuous development of strong user experiences across multiple digital platforms. Through my work in the digital world, I have gained knowledge and understanding of how an iterative design process, through analysis, ideation, conceptualization, implementation and testing, can contribute to a better end product. Based on my experience, I add an understanding of the precision and energy needed in the design process. Thereby creating a more intuitive development process, which should give a fluid workflow.
