I am a businessman who works long-term and is used to constantly thinking new things (outside the box) and thus creating conditions for new business and improvements. In the companies I have been active in, I have contributed to strong growth and profitability, for example at Biofood where we went from SEK 100 million to SEK 220 million in the 3.5 years I was there. I like to work with analyzes and strategies linked to customers and then working operationally is particularly interesting. I always want to exceed the customer's expectations. Coaching people and seeing them grow as employees is also very stimulating. I place great value on a company culture that is characterized by employee commitment, openness, high ceilings, straight and clear communication and a down-to-earth approach.
