About Johan Ode

After a long and successful career within management in contact and service industry I now found a diversified position as accountant manager. Besides the obvious, I lead a team of senior accountants, manage our IT and salaries. Yet most important is the staff and their well being. I’ve worked around the globe and back to Sweden, and is very used to hands on and ad-hoc solutions, even though I take great pride in my organization and planning skills. It is a must for me to achieve my own targets and others’ expectations in a timely and correct manner. I appreciate to have people around me, but still use my analytical skills in the daily work. Even if the majority of my work history has been in operational and account management, I have always worked with a focus of satisfaction and economics results. I believe that the best results are made as long-term investments, especially with your staff in focus. Here I am grateful for both my international and work experience, which helps me to meet every individual, client, co-worker and customer, on their individual level. There is a story to every job in my CV, I would love to tell them all, or what I learned, how I evolved but I keep them to the time you ask for them.
