Hello! About me in a nutshel? I’m a passionate innovator, helping organizations stay proactive and ahead of the curve. My 'recent'(because good things take time) work revolves around sustainable city logistics, transformation, and currently, an AI-focused innovation lab.*AI Skunkworks Innovation Lab* 🤖 I’m currently diving into the world of AI, exploring its potential and turning it into practical concepts. Exciting updates coming soon!*Sustainable City Logistics* From 2019 to 2022, I brought to life a unique concept for emission-free parcel delivery in urban areas. This project was a collaboration between industry leaders, local governments, and locals. The insights gained are beneficial for cities worldwide and have been verified by the University of Brussels (VUB-MOBILISE). Our project (bpost Ecozone) won the Environmental Achievement of the Year award in 2021 and is featured in the World Economic Forum’s toolbox for decarbonising Urban Ecosystems. In 2023, I worked with the University of Brussels (VUB-MOBILISE) and Liège, advising the Belgian government on Sustainable City Logistics. Mid 2023 and early 2024, I assisted Ellio in creating a cargo bike for professional users. More updates coming soon!*Transformation* 🦋 I’ve gained experience in setting up innovation and transformation projects for organizations of all sizes across different sectors. The common thread? It’s all about getting into the right (pro-active) mindset. To facilitate this, I’ve developed an easy-to-implement framework called the *“Path To Yes”* that guides you through the innovation/transformation process step by step. This framework has been field-tested and successfully used by various experts and companies.
