About Johan Ramsten

Johan is a Corporate & Financial Communication professional and entrepreneur with more than 20 years in strategic communication. Johan has extensive experience from corporate communication, investor relations, IPOs, M & As, issues management, crisis communication and media relations. In 2004, Johan sold his company, Link Investor Relations, to H&H and became partner and in 2007 was promoted to Executive Partner and a member of the management team with responsibility for H&H Corporate & Financial Communication team. In 2012 Johan was named Deputy CEO with overall responsibility for client development. In 2014 Johan and a small group of partners did a MBO of Hallvarsson & Halvarsson and what is now Comprend and formed H&H Group, one of the leading eco-systems for communication agencies, where he also serves on the Board of Directors. H&H Group comprises 15 agencies with some 600 professionals in Sweden, Finland & UK. At the same time Johan took on a role as CEO with overall responsibility for Hallvarsson & Halvarsson. In September 2018, Johan took on a role as deputy CEO at H&H Group. Prior to joining H&H, Johan was co-founder and CEO of LINK Investor Relations for 6 years and before that he held positions at companies like Wildeco, Swedish Shareholder Association and Delphi Economics. Johan has for several years served as a member of the Board of the Swedish Investor Relations Association (SIRA).
