As a shareholder and partner of Market Cap Group, for the past twelve years I have helped to develop effective companies with satisfied employees via good leadership. Market Cap´s services include- Leaders| Groups| Employees - Mentoring, Coaching - The Health Equation In recent years I have offered most of my services in English and outside the Nordic countries, such as in the Baltic states for Baltic and Russian managers. I have also held several training courses in French in France. In the case of many commissions, I work in partnership with consultants in our network who are specialists in other areas, such as Business Acumen. I have over ten years management experience on the sales and marketing side with both Swedish and international companies. I am certified in the methods we use such as Situational Leadership®, DiSC Personality profile and in tools for group development. Situational Leadership is the most used leadership methodology around the world, and is the platform for many of the leadership trainings that I am conducting. It works in everyday situations, is simple to understand and is based on common sense. I also complement this with e-learning. I am a certified and highly experienced coach with numerous success stories to my credit.
